Fear of Driving is classroom based course run over 3 x 3 hour sessions attended over three week-ends. Learn how to break your Cycle of Fear.

What Will You Learn

• Car set up and correct operation of controls;
• Relaxation and breathing techniques to use in the car;
• Defensive observation/driving skills;
• Current VIC/NSW/QLD road laws;
• To identify your negative thoughts and learn how to stop them;
• How to ask family and friends for support whilst you practise on-road driving tasks;
• To gain control over your fears through knowledge and on-road practice; and
• Discover new possibilities that driving confidence can offer you and your family.

Course Formats

In Victoria:

• Tuition only ( 3 x 3 hour classroom based workshops)
• or Tuition & 3 x 60 minute driving lessons with a qualified Driving Instructor

In Sydney:

• Tuition only (3 x 3 hour classroom based workshops)
• or Tuition & 3 x 60 minute driving lessons with a qualified Driving Instructor

In Brisbane:

• Tuition only (3 x 3 hour classroom based workshops)
• Referal to hand picked local Driving Schools

Payment

The course fee/s per person must be made by either cheque, money order, or credit card. Please make cheque or money order payable to All Study Matters. Please note the course fee/s must be paid prior to the commencement of the course.

Please Note: Government funding may be available if you are unemployed or returning to work. Please check with your nearest Job Search Centre to see if you are eligible.

What Do You Need

• Current drivers licence or learners permit; and
• Be ready to challenge your fears.

What Is Required Of You

• Attend classes weekly;
• Complete written diary and driving tasks set as homework;
• Utilise your 3 driving lessons to help you achieve your personal goals; and
• Make the commitment to overcome your fears.

Note: driving tasks are not fixed and will be negotiated with individual students each session.
